Retainers: all new clients are required to place a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer that goes toward the service on the day of your appointment. It is transferable if you reschedule within the allotted time, but not refundable. (Acceptable forms of payment Zelle or Cash)
More than 48 hours: I
f you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge.
Less than 48 hours: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Less than 24 hours: No shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service.
Sick Policy: If you are feeling ill for any reason, please reschedule your appointment. If you are exhibiting visible signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, runny nose), we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations due to sickness will not be charged a fee, but will need to be rebooked at least 14 days from the date of your cancellation.
Service Change Policy: For day-of cancellations or dropped services, you will be asked to complete a 50% cancellation fee before rebooking or before the remainder of your services can begin.

f we did not take your fee upon booking, you will be required to pay this fee when booking a new appointment. We understand circumstances out of your control may arise which make it impossible for you to keep a scheduled appointment. We try very hard to work with patience and have previously extended one or more courtesies for previous occurrences.
Refunds: we want all guests of CORVA SALON to love their hair. If you get home and decide you don’t like something due to technical error, reach out to the salon within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment appointment. We are happy to rectify any mistake made on our end. The adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original date of service. Due to the extensive time + product spent during custom color + extension appointments, we do not offer refunds.
